The licensee shall provide, at all times and without charge, unrestricted
access to free cold drinking water. (Section 5) 
Free cold drinking water shall be provided on request at a supervised
locations previously agreed by Council with adequate signage displayed
within the venue informing patrons of this service.
Any problems associated with the supply of drinking water to an
event/venue must be remedied before opening for business. Problems
arising during the event must be remedied as soon as possible.
Drinking water supplies must never be turned off during an event.
Provide easy access to chilled soft drinks and bottled water.
